Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, we will be happy to accept the return within 30 days of the purchase; however, the following conditions apply.

Return Authorization (within 30 days of invoice date)

1. Please call us before shipping a return for a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be written on the mailing label of your shipping carton.
2. No refunds will be given on unapproved returns, nor will the merchandise be returned to you.
3. No refunds will be given after 30 days from invoice date.
4. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from any refund.
5. All returns (other than defective or damaged items) must be in new, sellable condition with no markings, scuffs, folds, worn pages, etc.
6. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
   1. We suggest that you use a shipping method that has delivery confirmation and insurance.
   2. Packages returned with “Postage Due” will be charged the postage due plus a handling fee of $3.00.
   3. Only the purchase price of products is refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

1. Please contact us within 10 days if you have received a defective or damaged product.
2. Defective or damaged shipments are replaced if all packaging and packing materials are returned to us for examination.
3. Defective or damaged items are not subject to a restocking fee.
