In a standards-driven educational system, lessons must meet the knowledge and skills guidelines prescribed by state and national agencies. Mind Missions lessons are aligned with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills standards. Print products are aligned with Language Arts and Social Studies TEKS for 2010. Common Core standards alignments for Mind Missions lessons are available for Grades 1-6. In addition to promoting the development of these standards, Mind Missions support growth in critical 21st century skills.
